Our stay at Trapper John's Cabin & Cottages was absolutely amazing. The cabin we stayed in was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a soaking tub and a collection of vintage movies. The location was perfect, with cute hiking trails right across the road and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. The owners were incredibly friendly and even called us to let us know our cabin was ready ahead of check-in time. The atmosphere in the area was so calming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. We also appreciated the helpful suggestions from Rocket on things to do in the area. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Trapper John's Cabin & Cottages to anyone visiting the area.

The atmosphere in this area was calming and relaxing. We chose to stay here to break up the drive from Denali to Anchorage. The cottage was comfortable and accommodating and Rocket was very helpful in assisting us with some ideas to do in the area. The out-house was much cleaner and upkept than some I've seen and very easy to get to in the middle of the night. The location is so close to downtown, a great place to shop and check out some history.

The Yellow Cottage had a lot of charm and a comfortable, warm decor. The bed was super comfortable and there was even a single bed nook for a third person. It was situated in a quiet area and only a 7 minute walk to downtown Talkeetna strip with lots of shops and restaurants.

Felt like family, no complaints whatsoever.
